Return and Refund Policy

Country State of Mind Designs is a custom print, sign & apparel shop, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

CSM Designs is not responsible for lost merchandise due to shipping and handling issues. 

In regards to custom prints. 

CSM Designs  is not responsible for quality issues that may result from poor quality/low resolution files submitted to us.  Failure to supply a print ready Portable Network Graphics (PNG) file will result in the order being printed as is. No Refunds No exceptions. 

Turnaround time on prints is 2-3 business days and turnaround time on finished products/apparel are 2-3 weeks. 

Individuals submitting designs to Country State of Mind Designs should own the copyright on each design submitted for printing.   Country State of Mind Designs  cannot be held liable for copyright issues of any kind.
